Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your practice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

The service

Atlas provides tools for scheduling, client management, documentation, payments, and optional AI-assisted features. Features may change over time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

User responsibilities

You agree to use Atlas lawfully and professionally. You are solely responsible for your clinical, coaching, or wellness services and for compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and professional standards.

• Obtain informed consent from clients before collecting or storing their data
• Maintain accurate records and secure access within your team
• Not use Atlas for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Ensure AI-generated content is reviewed before relying on it clinically
• Configure appropriate privacy policies and notices for your clients

Client data

You retain ownership of client data you enter into Atlas. You grant Atlas a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service.

You represent that you have a lawful basis to process client information and that your use of Atlas complies with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

AI disclaimer

Atlas AI features are designed to assist with documentation and practice workflow. They do not replace professional judgment, diagnosis, or treatment planning.

You are responsible for verifying AI outputs and for informing clients when sessions are recorded or processed by AI tools, as required by your profession and local law.

Third-party services

Integrations with external services are subject to those providers' terms. Atlas is not responsible for third-party outages, data handling, or policy changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform. Upon termination, you may export your data subject to our data retention policies.
