Atlas Health, Inc. ("Atlas," "we," "us") provides practice management software for therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Atlas and related services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as account registration details, practice settings, client records you enter, session notes, documents, and payment records.

We also collect technical data automatically, including device type, browser, IP address, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the platform.

  • Account and profile information (name, email, professional details)
  • Client and session data entered by practitioners
  • Documents, forms, and communications stored in Atlas
  • Payment and billing metadata (processed by third-party providers)
  • Usage, diagnostic, and security logs

How we use information

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve Atlas; to authenticate users; to deliver features such as scheduling, documentation, and AI-assisted tools; and to communicate about your account.

Practitioners are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their clients before entering client data into Atlas.

Data protection & security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage strong passwords, two-factor authentication where available, and limiting access within your practice.

Third-party integrations

Atlas may connect with third-party services such as calendar providers, video conferencing, payment processors, cloud storage, and AI transcription providers. Data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or with your direction.

Data retention

We retain account and practice data for as long as your subscription is active and as needed to provide the service. You may export or request deletion of your account data subject to legal and contractual obligations.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Practitioners who process client data through Atlas act as data controllers for their client records and should provide their own privacy notices to clients.

AI & automated processing

When AI features are enabled, session content may be processed to generate summaries, suggestions, or transcriptions. Practitioners control whether AI features are used and should inform clients when recording or AI processing occurs.

AI outputs are assistive and require professional review. Atlas does not provide medical diagnoses or clinical decisions.
